工作原理
當(dāng)運(yùn)行中的膠帶發(fā)生跑偏現(xiàn)象時,膠帶邊緣帶動立棍旋轉(zhuǎn)并擠壓使之傾斜,若立棍傾斜角度大于**動作角度時,開關(guān)發(fā)出一組開關(guān)信號,如立棍繼續(xù)傾斜大于二級動作角度時則輸出另一組開關(guān)信號。兩組開關(guān)信號可分別用于告警或停機(jī),膠帶機(jī)復(fù)位正常運(yùn)行后,立棍自動復(fù)位。
